Life After Stroke Pathway, CLASP (RCSI & UCD)

I was brought on to work with members of a joint project called CLASP (Co-designing a life after stroke pathway) (RCSI and UCD) to create a series of infographics that illustrated CLASPS work that aims through research to determine, quantify and address how individuals after stroke and their families can be best supported in their everyday lives.

I helped CLASP develop two infographics ‘A Pathway To Support Life After Stroke’ which highlights the services and supports people with stroke needed to be aware of and should be able to avail of after early stroke recovery in hospital and an infographic that outlined the theories that enable life after stoke within the care system ‘Enabling Life After Stroke’ .

These infographics were created to be used in presentations and booklets.
