Graphic Recording.

Graphic Recording is the live transformation of spoken word into text and illustration. It captures the key messages of your event on paper and can be carried at conferences, workshops, meetings. Making your event more memorable by introducing energy and creativity to the room. It allows for visual learning and helps people connect and reflect on thought and ideas brought forward, while also bringing a human touch to complicated concepts. Graphic Recording is also known as Graphic Harvesting, Live Illustration and Visual Scribing.

Take a look at some selected events I have drawn at below:

What happens on the day.

I arrive an hour before the event starts with my easels, boards, prepped paper and felt pens to set up. I'll place myself where I can see and hear the speakers which we can figure out before the event. All I need from you is a timed agenda that includes the names of the speakers and a low stool or chair to sit on at the venue.

See my set up in the video below:

Post event work.

After the event there is the option to digitise the piece, turning it into a high quality digital image. This can be shared with participants and used in post event media such as publications, and social media posts relating to the event.
