I created infographics from notes of 3 wold cafés that captured women’s experiences in higher education institutes in Ireland. Elevate investigates how WAMs in Irish Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) impact the career progression of academics who identify as or are perceived as women. The research engages academic women to develop an evidence-based framework for equitable workload distribution.
